Kristen has been making movies since 2003 and is having a hard time deciding who is crazier: Her, for continuing after her last drama, Happy Hour, took 3 loooong years to finish? Or her friends, who keep volunteering to help? (She is still amazed they let her boss them around on camera for her own personal amusement!)

Either way, she had so much fun making Smalltown, USA, it's pretty much guaranteed she'll do it again! Special thanks to everyone who volunteered their time - on and off camera. Zombies rule - but not quite as much as my talented friends and the good people of Narberth, PA!

Although no stranger to the stage, this is Morgan’s first film experience. Recently she has performed at various community theaters in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. She’s played a mistress, a sleazy saleswoman, even a stone. Morgan’s career as a blonde non-professional actress would not be complete without a stint as a terrified girlfriend in a horror flick. When not running from zombies, Morgan is a fifth grade teacher in New Jersey. The production of Smalltown, USA was a lot of fun. Thanks to everyone involved!

Wade Balmer was born to play a zombie. From a young age he has had a remarkable ability to be mindless, a penchant for stumbling and a voracious appetite for meat. The only thing stronger than his love of zombies (as well as pirates, ninjas and robots) is his love of Narberth, PA. For some reason, his friends Melissa (x2) and Jason still listen to him after years of traumatic experiences, and joined him for the shoot as fellow featured zombies.

When not playing a human pretending to be a zombie pretending to be a human, Wade works for the Arthritis Foundation in Philadelphia. There, he hopes to increase awareness that “zombies get arthritis, too!”

Jason approached his zombie role with the same zealous dedication he gives to creating alternative definitions for words that have had narrow and strict interpretations for millennia, such as “litigious.” Although Smalltown, USA is Jason’s formal acting debut, he has mesmerized audiences for years with his kaleidoscopic performances, including lithely contorting his body inside common household furniture, impromptu public duets, and deific letter readings. Sometimes he’s so focused on his art that he forgets to wear undergarments. He spends the bulk of his creative energy dabbling in engineering design. Born and raised in Narberth P.A., Arianna loves her home town and not so secretly believes it is the center of the universe. As with all centers of all universes Narberth is a mysterious secret to most people, except the ones who will someday play a part in the first steps of changing life as we know it. She is thankful that Kdot productions recognizes Narberth and has changed our universe by stirring up town spirit and putting us on the radar for people who are curious about the breeding ground for wonderful characters and personalities that Narberth is. Besides wondering about what will happen when she will inevitably be exploded from the center of the universe to the outer reaches of space, Arianna can be found , doing karate, playing saxophone, drawing, going to college, surfing and working at an animal grooming salon giving praise to all life forms.

After her career-defining portrayal of Bitchy Lady #3 in Happy Hour, Victoria gave up acting for pushing buttons behind the camera and the computer. She can be frequently found at Kristen's shoots badgering her into setting up more lighting. On Smalltown, USA, she forayed for the first time into shooting B-roll video footage, and she is proud to say that she now knows what exactly one of the buttons on the video camera does.

Responding to a casting call that sounded like immense fun, I decided that the screen needed my limited talents. I began my stage career in 3rd grade dancing the Irish jig (years before Riverdance made it popular !!). I spent 3 years in high school singing and dancing in the annual talent shows, coercing my friends to join in my adventure. Some things never change.... I look forward to working with kdot productions again.

Luckily for Melissa, the loss of speech and unnatural movement that accompany stage fright worked to her advantage in playing one of the undead. Smalltown USA is Melissa's first formal foray into acting, though her horrified screams have previously been captured on film by "friends" who have scared her within an inch of her life. When the cameras are off, Melissa can be found singing duets with Jason Fierko and picking water bottles off the street to be recycled. Her other activities include dental research and English language teaching.

Erin Maguire (7) is from Narberth, PA. She has performed in several Junior Stage productions at the Music Training Center in Ardmore, PA, including Pocahontas (Kocoum) and The Wizard of Oz (Dorothy). She also participated in the 2010 “Camp Curtain Call” summer theater in Havertown, PA. In addition to acting, she enjoys crafts, going to amusement parks, and vacationing in Florida with her family.

Moss Stern is a resident of Narberth, PA, a father of two, and a musician in his purely hypothetical spare time. After being in a zombie movie his life is now complete.
